Design of form that comes in notification email

    I would like to print the filled out and submitted forms from the notifications that comes to my email, after clients submit their forms. But I need the design to be same as the actual form (not the simple table with answers), because I have also logo there and many text fields included in the form, but those are not visible in the table that comes with notification email.

    Hello sunnynanny,

    Please be noted that you can change the notification email template the way you want it to be. But it will always display like a html elements. You can open the email template in HTML format and do the changes as required. You can even add your own logo and the "Text" fields as well. Once you save it it will rendered as HTML and then you can place the question/form fields by clicking on the "Form Fields" from the right section of the compose email window. Please check the screenshot below:

    Another way to achieve your requirement is through {edit_link}. You can add the edit link in your form's notification email alert. Clicking on the editlink from your email will open the actual form with submission data which can be printed. This form will have all the formatting texts and images. Please check the screenshot below:
