I went to the sign up page and could not enter a Username in that field. All other fields worked fine. I re-booted my browswer (IE 8) to clear it and still had the same thing happen.
Is there an alternative method to signing up?

Our aplologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
This is a known bug that has shown up in IE over the last week or so. While our developers do their best to resolve this issue, there are a couple of workarounds you can try:
Use Another Browser to Sign-Up
The problem appears to be isolated to IE and with the exception of one user, others have reported success with this workaround.
Press the [Alt] key while entering the username
One user stumbled on this solution while having difficulty signing up.
Do let us know if you are able to sign-up using either of the methods.

How do I get to the page with "my form" if I log in with another browser? The link is not specific and I tried it wiht monzilla. it jsut takesme to the general jot for page and does not find my form.

You are currently using a guest account which rely on cookies stored in the same browser that you used when you first created the form.
To be able to access your form using another browser or even a different computer, please register for a free Jotform account.
Use the same email address that you used for your form's email alerts to have the form automatically imported onto the new account.
