Click to Edit, Please Run WizardAsked by mjconnor5 on March 05, 2014 at 08:28 AM
Hello, when I have a single page with a couple different short forms embedded on that page. One of the forms has inserted "Click to edit. Please run wizard."
When I search for this issue, there is another post in your support forum with this issue, but when I click on the link in the sidebar, the page that the answer lives on:
...keeps loading and reloading and timing out.
Any idea what is going on and how to remove this from the form?
Please let us know the form URL in question so we can check and help you fix it. That's probably a widget or something a field added to the form.
You cannot see the thread with the same issue because it was created and set as private.
Hi, the URL won't help because the forms are being embedded on a private account page so the settings would prevent you from seeing this content.
Can you take a look at the form I've created and see if there's anything in there that would populate this text? Thank you!
I found the source of the problem. It looks like you or someone else with access to your account may have been checking out our jotform widgets but it was never finished so this populated an empty widget field to add one with the mentioned text at the bottom of the form as it was never completed. I have gone ahead and removed it for you and if it was not you whom added it then it may have been a minor glitch and we do apologize about that
