Hi, I would like to ask if there is a way to create a main form that holds a person's email address and reference it with different multiple forms in which if email address in the main form has changed, the rest of the multiple forms will also be automatically updated.
To illustrate:
Main form - Person A (xxx@gmail.com)
create form 1 which contains Person A email for approval.
create form 2 which contains Person A email for approval.
If Person A's email address (xxx@gmail.com) changed to (bbb@gmail.com) in the main form, both form 1 and 2 will be automatically updated to bbb@gmail.com
Thanks for the support.

Hello there,
We did the best we can but it can't be done. You need to manually update the emails.

Do you have any other alternative ways to do it? Manually update the emails isn't ideal

Are you referring to the email address that you add in the approval flow for approval or the email address added as email recipient in the notification email?
If yes, there is no option to automatically update the email address across forms when it is changed on one form. You will need to manually update the email address in the forms.
