Hello,
I use several jotforms on my site and generally, it works fine. Sometimes I get errors when trying to access a form right after I've edited it, but the problem doesn't usually last.
These last few days, I got a few complaints regarding notification emails. We get notifications with some MANDATORY fields of data missing. I checked the jotform inbox and all the submissions are complete, but somehow, we get the emails incomplete. I also noticed some emails are sent without the proper formatting, so I assume this is a server issue on your end.
Is there a way to solve this? Will paying for a monthly subscription fix this problem? Thanks.

As far as I know, we are not facing any major issues at this moment. Please note that missing data might be related to incorrect field {tags} on Email Notification template. Your Email Notification templates look fine, so I hope that the issue is fixed.
If reproduce the problem again, please update this thread.
