API Daily Limit

    Hello,

We have a webhook setup in which our server side receives data upon this jotform submission:

    https://www.jotform.com/tables/212075617215046

Which is called "Active: Betr Health Intro Call Script"

At times, we have instances of failed fetch logs for form submissions on our server side indicating we were unable to capture that form submission.

Is there any API limitations that Jotform has currently?

    Thank you

    Howdy DrFerro,

I understand that you're seeing failed fetches, and you have a Webhook set up. I apologize for any misunderstanding but the Webhook should automatically send a request to your server upon submission, you shouldn't need to request anything. Could you please provide more information about this issue?

The API limit for the Silver subscription is 50,000 calls per day. This limit is reset daily at Midnight (EST).

Thank you for your patience and understanding!

We do need to request more data because the webhook request doesn’t contain the full data set that we would get from making the API request, which is why we are making API calls.

Thank you for the information, appreciate it.

    Hello again,

I understand that the get requests are being made after the webhook comes in. Thank you for that clarification.

Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with!

Anthony, we have reports of this jotform being submitted https://www.jotform.com/tables/212075617215046

where we do not see submissions in the jotform system for the ID's. How can we see errors of jotforms that have been submitted not being received by the jotform system?

    Hi,

Can you provide us the submission ids of these missing submissions?

    If not, please provide:

    • intended recipient of notification email
    • time and date of these submissions

We will then be able to trace it for you.

    Thank you.
