    Good Morning,

I have a few forms that have send me attachments today but the pdf attachment did not have the correct name on it. It's missing the data for Campus/Location and the Name of the person submitting.

This isn't the first time this has happened, and I was wondering if there was any way to really fix this problem?

I am attaching a screenshot of several forms it's happened to today and the submission ID. These are the forms in my shared folder if you need to look into them.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

I was unable to replicate this, when I cloned the Course Eval Classroom form the PDF came in with the expected name. I also was able to download it from the PDF editor and it was coming in as the correct name.

Does it happen every time or just some of the time? I cleared your form cache if you can try again.

Several more forms have been plagued by the same issue. Still a problem across all the others. I'd say 10%-20% of all forms submitted are having a naming error.
