Cancellation

    Hi there,

    I cancelled our plan a few months ago (love the service, just no longer need subscription), but I've continued to be charged - have just cancelled subscription again, but wanted to make sure it was registered with you guys.

    Hello Parachutemusic,

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have downgraded your account successfully.  You will not be billed again, but your account will stay Premium until March 24, 2014 for the time you have already paid.

    Your forms are intact. We will not delete forms when someone downgraded the subscription to Free version. It's just your submission limit will go back to 100 per month and 100MB Storage.

    Upon taking a closer look at your account, I found that you have 98.60 MB of upload space utilization which is very near to your upload space allocation. Please delete some submissions with attachment to free up you upload space.
