Adding email details to completed forms

    Hi 

    I have created a form with multiple email receipients. 

    When someone completes the form I want their email, first name and surname to appear in ther recipients inbox. 

    Any guidance much appreciated.

    Do try adding a AutoResponse Email so that the proper email is used to send out the email alert based on the information the user provided.
