Can't approve form via Jotform apps/web (Approval Form)

    Hi,

    I can't see & approve any forms that assigned to me. Photo as attached. Please advise.

    Hi,

    I was currently able to see the form assigned to you in your account.

    Can I ask you to log out from Jotform, clear the browser cache or try to log in with a different browser, and see if you are able to see the assigned forms?

    Please let us know if the issue would persist.

    Hi Laura,

    You are seeing under MY FORMS tab. Not under MY APPROVALS. You can see the different in your photo and my photo. Please assist as the approval issue still persist.

    We checked your account and there's a "test" approval.

    In case you can't find it, we recommend contacting the form owner and let them invite you again.

    Already invited. Im referring to ASSISNGED TO ME under MY Approvals.

    But your photo showed otherwise.

    The problem should be fixed and you should be able to view assigned to me section too.

    Can you verify it on your end too?
