Thanks for asking. Load the form in question into the form builder and while on the Setup & Embed tab, click the Preferences toolbar button. On the General Settings tab, click Enabled and then select Disabled, close the Preferences and save the form.
Now when anyone visits the page in which your form is embedded or its own URL, they'll see this:
Alternatively, you could just delete the form and the notice would state "This form has been deleted by the owner...etc." To delete a form, login to your account and go to My Forms. Click the form you want to delete and then the Delete button. This action sends the form to the trash from where it can be restored if it was deleted in error, or permanently deleted.
Hopefully, this reply has satisfactorily addressed your query. If it hasn't, please elaborate on what you want to do with the form.
