To achieve the process that you're asking, you will need to cancel your subscription. And since you have paid using your credit card, this can be done either by you or you can ask us to cancel it for you. Once your subscription is canceled, your account will still stay premium until the time of the subscription that you have paid for expires. Your card also will not be charged again. You can also resubscribe anytime after your account has been downgraded.
If you wish to cancel right away, please let us know.

Thank you for your response! Could you please then cancel our subscription and let me know as soon as possible? We will resubscribe in the next few months (when we have another big event).
