Conditions to send one email alert multiple times in different action items is broken. It only sends one.

    I am asking this for the third time. I can't call you, can't get to chat, can't attch images here, and do not get any reasonable answers.


    Consider condition whose result action is to send TWO e-mails.

    It never send e-mail notofocation to any TWO addresses. Only to one. There is no whitelisting or blacklisting issue here - I tried dozen of addresses.

    Whenever there is only one action (to send e-mail notification) in line - it wirks.

    Once I add any second address - it only sends to one.

    What's funny (if it was funny, but its not) - it choses to which address out of the two to send - RANDOMLY. Seriously. One time it does not send the the last added. Sometimes to the old one, fir some reason preffereing the new address aded.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Unfortunately, you cannot send one notification email to multiple email addresses using multiple actions statements in your conditions. 

    This is actually a bug which is already reported to our back end team. I am creating a bug report again and forwarding it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    You need to add multiple email address seperated by "," and a space in one single action statement. Alternatively, you have to create one conditions for every email address you are trying to send the submission emails. Please check the screenshot below:
