Download Sumbissions from HTML/Grid Reports

Hallo!

i have a question about html/grid reports. I have embed these kind of reports in my website and it looks fine. But it would be betters for my website users to have the option to download the submissions (especially in PDF). How i can do this.I know about the email option but the users prefer to see the reports and then download the submissions they like.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you mean to say you want to download the submission records from the "Grid Listing" or "HTML Table Listing" report?

Unfortunately, we do not have such feature to generate/download submissions in PDF directly from any report. However, there is one possibility to achieve your requirement. You can make your submission page public which can be password protected and can be accessed by an URL. This will open your submission page and your user will be able to download the submissions in all available format.
