I had signed my company up for the free 100MB Account and I just received an email telling us we reached our 100MB limit and the account will be shut off in a few days..
So my question is:
With the free account, once you hit the 100MB of space alowed, just 1 time, is the account done? Or are you allowed to hit the 100MB limit..clear everything out..hit it again...etc..?

For Free account you are only allowed to have 100mb upload space so if you reach 100mb your account will be disabled due to overlimit but you can still reduce the consumed space by deleting the submissions that has an uploaded file to it unlike with 100 submissions you cannot reduce the number of submission limit, meaning to say your submission counter will only reset every 1st of the month.
