Using Jotform for registering for a site, is it possible to come back later and not have to register again?

Once a person registers, they should not have to register again when they come back to the site at a later date.

Is this easily accomplished?

You can set unique submission on the form  -How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

In your case, it would be preferable to use Loose Check.

Make sure also to put an alternative link (i.e for another form) if the user ever wanted to come back on the registration page again. 

To make the unique form available again at a later date, you simply removed the unique submission setting on the form preference page.
