    SECURE FORM DOES NOT WORK IN NORMAL MODE, SEE THE FOLLOWING WEB

    Hi,

    When you use https, you have to replace "form" subdomain with "secure" so it should look like the following.

    https://secure.jotform.us/form/40566244473153

    This is what you see when you also take your secure form URL on the form builder.
