Plimus could not process my monthly payment due to issues with my credit card, i want to do the payment but a cant acces my plimus account
i sent them an email but i havent recived the answer and i would not like the suspention or downgrade my jotform account
What can i do?

Thank you for contacting us.
Please try resetting your Plimus password in this link then once done you can login from here. The system will still try to charge your card I think about 15days and if still the card fails then that's the only time that your account will be scheduled to downgrade. Upon checking your account it is still active and doesn't have any scheduled downgrade.
Let us know if you were able access your plimus account so we'll know what solution to provide if you still unable to access it.
