Forms are not being sent to my email address

    Recently, individuals have been completing my online forms but they have not been sent to my email address as they have in the past.  I do not know why this is happening and would appreciate your assistance.

    To prevent this from occurring again, please whitelist JotMail IPs to your email provider side to avoid any blockage on the email delivery.
