    I would like to put a link into a spreadsheet so that I can keep applicant information in a easy access format. Please let me know if there is anyway to do this, I have had trouble searching for it.

    Thank you!

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Are your referring to getting the form URL? If yes you can obtain your form URL by clicking on Preview once your in form editor.

    Please explain further if this is not what you are trying to accomlish.

    Thank you for responding!

    This is helpful as well but my question is slightly different. Is it possible to get a URL from a completed form? In other words, for each completed form is there a corresponding URL to that specific form?

    Look forward to your response!

    Yes, there is a way to get a URL for each or your submissions. You can elaborate a URL so that you can get it in the Notifier email and simply click on it so that you can be redirected to the exact submission you just received.

    Ok, so, this is the URL and how to elaborate it:

    1 The first part of the URL is this one: It will not change, no matter which form you are using.

    2. The second part will be the Form ID. The form ID is the string of numbers you see when previewing your form:

    This will change for every different form. So, you will copy that form ID and paste it after the first part of the URL and also add the simbol "&" after the form ID, it will look like something like this:

    The form ID I used is just an example.

    3. After that copy and past this variable {id} after the symbol "&". So it will be look like this:{id}

    The variable {id} will autogenerate the submission ID. So, here is the video about how to do it:

    Then paste the whole URL in the Notifier body so that you can receive it and use it from your email.

    Remember that you need to logged in your Jotform account first to be able to access to the submission through the URL.

    I hope this helps. Please inform us if you still need assistance with this inquiry.

    Thanks for
