Send an automated email to other email address upon form submission

    Dear customer support team,

    we have completed a form that aims at collecting applications for a study programme. In the form, applicants have to provide the contact details (including an email) of a person (up to 3) providing a reference. It would be ideal that when an application is submitted, an email is automatically sent to the person(s) who is expected to provide the reference and the answer linked to that submission. How would you suggest to organize this process?

    Is there the possibility to link the two forms (and their respective databases)? Thanks for the support. Nicola

    This is possible. You can set a form condition that when these fields are filled, an email, which you can customize, will be sent to those email addresses. Please share with us the URL of the form you're working with so we can walk you through using screenshots or screencasts.
