Possible scam using Jotform service

    Hello I am a happy customer of your service. I am contacting you about someone else that appears to be using your service as part of a scam. I received an email from “UPS” with the hidden reply address: noreply@jotform.com

    i am attaching a screenshot of the email. And the URL of the site where the email link goes is referenced below.

    i don’t know if this is enough for you to find the persons account to look into it. I think you guys offer a great service and I hate the idea of someone using your service to scam others.

    i don’t directly need any assistance with this issue. I am just letting you know about this with the hope that you might be able to look into this persons account and possibly prevent them from scamming others.

To help us resolve the problem, would you mind sharing with us the email where this message was sent? We will be able to search our email logs, find the related account and suspend it.

    In our mail log, I am unable to find any emails sent to you via our servers to cflor@austin.rr.com except for the replies to this thread.

    Would you be able to forward the email to support@jotform.com and insert Thread 3432079 into the subject line?

    My mistake. I gave the wrong email address. I just sent the email to your support address. Hope it helps.
