Everything was working properly. form on the site, but now recharged by mail does not come to me now. Can you check your mail urgent problem.

I could not find anything wrong with your settings - nor any embedding errors that would prevent the form from being submitted on your site. 

I sent a couple of test emails - did you get them? Our server indicates that the mails went out, and did not bouce.

You may also want to check your SPAM/Junk folder for some emails.
