Where do I find my Form ID number?

I am trying to upload or embed a newly JotForm into my existing Google Site.  But when in the Add Gadget pop-up window on the Google Site, its asking for a Form ID.  I am uncertain where to locate this information.  Please help as I am having trouble embeding this form.  Thank you.

The form is is the Number String at the end of the URL address of your form.

Form example on your form:

RAT Patrol, the URL is:
http://www.jotform.us/form/40646899815168

Which makes the Form ID:

40646899815168
