    Hi there,

There is no option to email forms to an ftp location what you can
do is to  send uploaded file and submission data via the form to
Dropbox or your own FTP server.

    DropBox Integration
If you plan to use Dropbox you need to create an account with
dropbox and integrate it with JotForm. The file uploaded via the form
will then be sent and saved to your dropbox account.

You can find more details on how this works from the following pages:

    https://www.jotform.com/blog/28-Create-Dropbox-Forms-with-JotForm

    https://www.jotform.com/dropbox/

    https://www.jotform.com/help/77-Where-can-I-find-the-DropBox-integration

    FTP Server

If you wish to use FTP, you can select this.  You will just have to enter
the needed information for FTP connection from jotform to your FTP
server and all file uploads will forward to your FTP server.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Regards,
    Mliz

    Hi there,

Once ftp or dropbox integration is enabled for the form ALL submissions will then
be sent out to dropbox or ftp server.

    Hi tpclickz,

To answer on behalf of Mliz, you need to set up FTP integration on each form if you want all of your form data to be transmitted to you through FTP. If email notifications are also configured, you will also receive email notifications for each submission even while FTP integrations is in effect.

Hope this will clarify the issues you have regarding FTP integration with JotForm. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

If I integrate my personal ftp - is there a way to have THE file uploaded there instead of just a copy.. so the link I would get is to my site?

    Hi jabmedia,

No, this is not possible at the moment. You will always have a copy of the submissions and uploaded files in your jotForm account and this will be the location used in your hyperlinks.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

It automatically creates a folder by the name of my form.. then creates folders per every upload... is there a way for the folders for every upload to go directly into the folder I designated without it creating a new form?

I'm afraid this is also not possible at this time. It was designed this way in order to self-organize the form submissions and uploads such that every customer 's submissions and file attachments are grouped into a single folder.

Perhaps a little flexibility in this particular process does give benefit to some JotForm users, so I will help you endorse this feature request to our Tier 2 developers and include this in the to-do list.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. thank you for using JotForm!

tpclickz: To get copies of your files uploaded all you need is FTP service to be available on your server.

    @Muzammil,

If you wish to use FTP, you can select this option found in the Submissions Page of your form. then click the small gear icon shown below and select "send uploads to FTP". You will just have to enter the needed information for FTP connection from jotform to your FTP
server and all file uploads will forward to your FTP server.

Please let us know if you need further assistance with this feature. Thank you and enjoy using JotForm!

Thanks Much! I got it..and successfully configured it.

Why don't you leave a roam for people to upload unlimited files space, which is now 100 MB :(

    Thanks Again !!

    Hi zaibunissa,

We had to put a limit on the space for the upload files to accomodate all
    users
. If you wish to increase the upload file space you will need to upgrade
to the Premium subscription for $9.95/month. This allows you to have
    10GB of upload space.

The only way to reset upload file space is to delete the files.
To do that, delete the submissions that contain file uploads
    on Submissions page.

    Thanks for using JotForm.

    Best Regards,
    Mliz
