My form only has the secure option

When I set it up it was not secure, now secure is the only option.  CHecking the secure box does nothing.  I have tried several things in the forum but nothing work.  How can I make it unseure?

Hi,  It is just on my account.  I have not embedded it because I do not want the form shut down after 10 submissions.

Just replace the https://secure to http://form.jotform then your form will no longer submit secure forms.

Ex.

https://secure.jotform.us/form/40618075607152

change it to 

http://form.jotform.us/form/40618075607152

or 

http://www.jotform.us/form/40618075607152
