trouble with condition statements

I'm having trouble with (what I thought) was a simple 'show' condition on a radio button set.

You can see the form at the URL supplied.

The problem is with the 'Number of people in this booking' fleld in the Step 1 section.

In the Step 2 section there is ' Person 2', 'Person 3', 'Person 4'.

If 'Number of people in this booking' shows 1, then none of the fields (Person 2, Person, 3, Person 4) should appear.

If 'Number of people in this booking' shows 2, then only 'Person 2'  should appear.

If 'Number of people in this booking' shows 3, then Person 2 and Person 3 should appear.

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to show the number of textboxes based on user selection of "Number of Premises". Is that correct?

There is a better way to achieve your requirement. Idea is to move multiple fields inside a form collapse field and show hide this form collapse based on the user selection. That way it is easier to show/hide multiple fields together.
