I have MANY users of my forms who fill out a form, and then for some reason (whether they don't have time to finish it or something with their payment doesn't work) the form won't let them try again with the same email address. I need this to be fixed on ALL of my forms as users should be able to register multiple times to purchase products, etc. I need this fixed asap! :) Thank you!

Perhaps you were looking for this feature
Please take note that after the form is successfully submitted, the auto fill-in data will be cleared. So, the user will have to start fresh again if they want to redo again.
Another method which is a bit more complex to do, but will allow the form user to always start from the same e-mail session is this method
Withi this method, the e-mail link can be used by the user several times to redo the main form. This means you will always be able to capture initial data(i.e. e-mail) from the starting form.
