My shop items do not show in builder mode

    My form

    will not let me access the items to edit.

    It seems there is a glitch - the entire products section got deleted yesterday. I pulled it back into the form, but cannot apply the paypal to connect. It locked me out from editing - it completely disappeared from the backend.

    Then, the sub items and quantity selector is missing from various items and the form says 'in use' - I tried to edit by disabling the form to edit and that didn't work either.

    Please assist, I already have a QR code printed with the link to this form so I cannot create a new one and need to fix this one ASAP.

    Hi Anna,

    Following is how you can add PayPal method to your payment widget and configure it; the following screencast also shows how you can add quantity selector to your products.

    This is of no help - I attached a screen shot - I cannot ACCESS the products. Please see screen shot.

    Product list says IN USE and is not visible in the form for me to edit. I cannot even drag into the form
