    Hi tpclickz,

Thank you for asking. I have managed to create two versions of forms, both of which I believe will fulfill the requirements you described:

VERSION A: consists of two forms, namely:

Form 1 - consists of all of the fields except for the file upload field. There is also a condition wherein if all the fields are not empty, it will redirect to Form 2 after the Submit button is clicked.
Form 2 - contains the file upload field

In this version, you will receive two submissions, one for Form 1 and another for Form 2. Click here to test it.

VERSION B: (Recommended version) is a single form with a condition wherein if the payment form is filled out, the upload file field will show up. Only one submission entry will be received for this form. Click here to test it.

Please choose which one is the better fit for your requirements. Kindly inform us if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

Thanks for getting back to me,

I'm looking for more of shopping cart functionality I guess. I want customers to pay for printing pieces and then once the transaction is pocessed and paid they have the ability to upload via  the form.

    Hello tpclickz,

If you prefer the look and feel of a shopping cart, then I would suggest Version A form. The first page simulates a shopping cart interface. You even have the option to add product images. The only downside is that it will use up 2 submissions since they are two separate forms joined together by a condition.

Note that JotForm integrates with many of the leading payment processing providers including Paypal, Google Checkout, 2CO, Authorize.net, among others. There is also a Purchase ORder option if you choose not to use a 3rd party payment gateway.

We're glad to be of help. Please let us know if  you need further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!
