I use Jotform on mt=y website to gather information from clients. I am not revving an email when they submit their requests. Help! Thank you.

    Your email address in in the bounce list upon checking and which causing the issue.

    Result: shari@shopdekor.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.0 sender rejected. IB504 -

    I've already remove it for you and it should be working fine now.
