sending at a later date

I am trying to get emails to send at a later date, but I am getting a notice on the settings of emails/advanced saying this email can only be sent manually from the Shoot Confirmation table. I have a feeling this is being caused by the Approvals process tab. In any event, I do not want to use the approvals process tab. How can i remove this restriction so I can have emails sent a a later date?

or is this because of the type of email being sent auto responder or notification? I think that may have something to do with it

Thank you. It appears to be working, now I just need to wait to see if the emails will send at a later date.
