Approval email dynamic data for links not formatting correctly.

I have an issue where I have set up a custom link which upon submission it will pre-populate another form submission which some of the original forms data. I have this working successfully using the "ChangeThank You page" with critiea The Easiest Online Form Builder | Jotform

I have copied the same URL parsing to the approval email I have set up Auto Email Responder: ARN Site Log In / Out | Jotform Approvals as per below

The URL I am prasing is https://submit.jotform.com/211041706632040?site={site}&LogInOut=Log%20Out&name[first]={name:first}&name[last]={name:last}&company={company}&mobileNumber={mobileNumber}&email={email}&SAR={SAR}

However, when I receive the email the link is incorrectly parsed including other HTML code, however, it does contain the correct info after some additional warranted information. This causes the link to fail. As mentioned via the "custom thank you page" set via a condition this URL works perfectly fine and is formatted correctly.

I did check your form's approval flow and found that you have not added any approval element. Please check the screenshot below:

Since there is no approval element added, you do not need to add approval flow in your form. You can just add condition in form to send email based on the user's answer in form.

I would suggest you to please explain you flow requirement in detail on how you want the emails to be sent and we will take a look.
