form submission not working

    hi,

    my customers are having an issue with submitting a form that was previously working fine.

    the form allows completion but just hangs after presisng the submit button.

    Can you please guide us how to access the form in your website http://www.lisaharrispantry.com/ . We will check. I was not able to find the JotForm form on it.

    Sure, click on the "shop" page and then any product. On the product page you will see a "click to subscribe to this product" and the link will open up the jot form which is linked to paypal.

    Hi Lisa,

    Thank you for the guidance. I was able to see and open the form.

    I test submitted after selecting an option, and I was successfully sent to Paypal screen to complete the payment

     

     

    Since I am not able to reproduce the same issue mentioned, perhaps the conflict only occurs on the specific customer/s. Can you find out more info what the customer did to reproduce the issue? 

    Perhaps you can inquire which specific browser they used, or if they encountered any error message when using the form.

    You may also suggest to customer to try clearing their browser's cache using this guide and retry again on the form.

    Hi,
    I personally tried three browsers and I get through to the submit order portion and then rather than take me to a paypal screen, I just get a grey form and it hangs there. I tried Firefox, chrome and safari.

    I too was redirected to PayPal. However, in Chrome I'm unable to even open the form when I click the "Click to Subscribe to this product and SAVE 10% + FREE Shipping!" link on any of your product pages, far less attempt to submit it! Not sure what's going on there.

    I have been able to go through the form and up to the PayPal checkout through Chrome, by any chance is there an specific product people have complained on not being able to process?
