Email address and Message not showing up

    I filled out the form and did a test, however when I get the form delivered the fields EMAIL and MESSAGE are empty?

    Please help, this apparently has happened recently.  When I view the form submission they appear there but not in the email that is send to me.

    I deleted all the email alarts and put in a new one, just wondering why this happened to start with?

    Nothing was change, what was the reason for this? I would appreciate a responce as a paid subscriber.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the delayed response.

    You must be using only the Test E-mail button in the Notification E-mail. 

    To clarify, the test e-mail will only send the test message to your account e-mail with just the form field names on it.

    If you need to check the actual e-mail of of form submissions, you have to submit the form using its submit button. 

    Actual submissions will sent the e-mail to the e-mail address you setup in the Recipient E-mail box
