We have a form we created today. I've sent 2 test submissions, but I don't get email notifications when they are sent. Is there a way I can set it up so it notifies me when a new form is submitted?

Hi, I have checked your email notification, I would recommend not to leave the Reply-to Email field as "none", please take a look a this guide "set up your email notification" and select "Email Address". Also, to make sure you will be getting the notifications, you will need to do a live submission, click on the preview button.
Fille the form out, click submit, you will receive the email notification to the email address you have added, let us know if you there is any issue.
