Hello, I am trying to share a form I created with a coworker. The form is and I've done the Add Collaborators - > Copy Link and I sent him this link -

He says "When I go to edit it asks me to signup. When I go to my jotform account, I have lots of old stuff, but no ability to import or see this."

He has an existing Jotform account under I am not sure what to tell him so that he can edit my form. Thank you,

Using the collaborator link that you provided doesn't require the user to log in.

I tested the link while logged out and it opens the form and allows you to make edits without asking for a login.

Your colleague may be clicking a different link.

Please copy the link and test it while logged out and let us know if you face any issues.

    Looking forward t your reply.

Hello, Regarding the above suggestion - that wasn't what my coworker ended up doing.

Instead, he created a copy of my form on his Jotform account (this form: And this is now the live form that we are collecting responses and need to collaborate on.

    The issues we have are:

    1) How can I get this form to show up and stay in the section called "Shared with Me"? Mine is empty.1637266207_6196b31f78c7d_Screen Shot 202

    2) I think John shared his form with me as Read-Only, but I need to be able to edit it.

    3) My third question - does each person that you invite to view your Jotform submissions need their own Jotform account?

    Thank you!

    Hello there,

The sub-user option for you to be able to open shared forms under the 'Shared with me' section of My Forms is only available for Enterprise Accounts. If the account owner is under an enterprise account they can share the form with you using this guide.

As for the form that you wanted to be able to edit you can take advantage of our "Form Collaboration" feature to generate a form collaboration URL and share it with other users which will allow them to edit the form.

For your third question if you wanted them to be able to edit the form they don't need to create an account as the form collaboration would only require them to have access to the URL for them to make edits or changes to it.

    I hope this helps.

Let us know if you have any questions.
