Hi
I have a form that generates a filled PFD from my form information . Is there any way I can attach the fillable PFD to the approval proses. One of the approval contacts needs to view the form before he can approve.
Thanks
Pierre

Howdy Pierre,
You can include a PDF Document to be attached from the email's Advanced settings. Please refer to the animated screenshot below for a quick guide. Once you enable the PDF Attachment option, you will be able to choose exactly which PDF to send.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Hi Anthony
Thanks this really helped. I just have 1 more question, I receive 2 emails 1 with the PDF and 1 with the raw data as per the form. The raw data has the approval button on it, but the PDF does not .
Is there any way where I can have the PDF attached have a approve and deny button?
The reason is that now the person that does the approval has to flip up and down I between mails
1 to read the PDF and then
2 He then has to go back to the other mail approve it.
Is there any way I can change that to all be on 1 page where the approve and deny is on 1 mail?
Thanks
Pierre

Hi Pierre, unfortunately you can only approve in the email and be redirected to the inbox submission. It is not possible to approve in the attached PDF document or not moving out of the email.
If you have further questions, let us know.
