Help! I'm not receiving confirmation emails even though I have the setting set up

    I am not getting any kind of confirmation emails even though I have an email set up to receive them.  Please help!

    Your test form has an integrated Paypal payment field in it. You will not receive notification mails because the payments for the test submits you made on that form were not completed.

    Jotform will only send email alerts once a submitter pays for the Paypal charges incurred by the form. Our servers wait for a confirmation from Paypal's server that the payment was made before we send out email alerts.

    Submissions with incomplete payments will be tagged as "Pending" inside the submissions page.

    You can either delete or complete these submissions. Completing these submissions will only remove the "Pending" mark and will not affect the payment in any way.

    Is  there anyway to get a notification that you have a pending submission?
