    Hi,

I'm trying to use reCAPTCHA with the "invisible option" on a form embedded on a website suing the following code:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/212537909820156"></script>

However, when I turned on the "invisible reCAPTCHA" option from Jotform, there was an error message showing up for reCAPTCHA (invalid domain for site key, see attached picture 1).

    My questions:

    1. Is there a way I can use "invisible reCAPTCHA" on this site successfully?

    2. If I don't use the "invisible reCAPTCHA" option, something I can just click to check it off but sometimes I have to solve a puzzle before moving on (on the same device using different browsers - can you tell me what factors determines which version I get?

    3. When I get the reCAPTCHA with puzzle, the size of the reCAPTUA window is also inconsistence throughout the different instances. In the worst case,

Hi, thank you for contacting support.

Can you please explain what do you mean with invisible reCAPTCHA? Do you mean a reCAPTCHA will be triggered when a field has value or a button is clicked?

As per checking, your form has no CAPTCHA field added to it. To use CAPTCHA, you need to add to your form. You can also try our available Math Captcha and Drawing Captcha as your options.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.
