Stripe payment trial question

Hi - i've noticed with your form integration of stripe, that I cannot have a trial period that costs $1 for example.

This is something you can do with paypal.

The only thing you can do here is have a FREE trial, but not a paid one.

Is this a limiation of stripe, or something that you just haven't been able to do.

If so, can you add this feature?

That's right. It is actually in the name "Free Trial" which means it's Free and not paid. :)

How about utilizing the first payment? You can write a setup fee along with the subscription price as the first payment.

Example, if your monthly subscription price is $5, and you require $1 as a setup fee then you must enter $6 on the first payment box.

I'm not sure if this is something you want to consider but this is the only workaround I could think as of the moment.
