    Hi,

    Can you please try to re-embed your form code into your website using this iFrame code of your form?

    Buy Tickets Form page:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/40425738410954" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1643px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Chocolate Fest Comp Form page:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/40424356996968" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2432px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Choc Fest Vendor Booth page:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/40425396911960" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2051px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Ok, I tried the first one.  It's not working.  Here is my exact code from the page

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">

    <html>

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/40425738410954" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1643px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    </html>

    Here is the page url

    http://www.21stcenturyfairs.com/ColoradoChocolateFestival/BuyTicketsForm.html

    It works from my pc browser but not from my mobile.

    The links in the code you sent work in the mobile when I click the https link in the email... but that code doesn't work when it's imbedded.

    Hello MarkPutt.

    Upon checking your form in my iPhone device, I was able to replicate the exact same problem you are having. It gives me 404 file not found error if the page is accessed from a mobile device.

    Are you using any CMS system for your website? Please use the following code to embed your form in your web page and see if that helps you:

    <head>

    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=0" />

    <meta name="HandheldFriendly" content="true" />

    </head>

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/40425738410954" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1643px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hi.

    Sorry.  That didn't work.   It's still not working on my the devices.

    I am use weebly on part of the site but that is the only CMS I use.  The weebly content looks fine on the hand held mobile devices.   My jotform stuff is never used in any of the weebly pages.

    So sorry this still didn't work.  Hhere is the exact code of my page

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">

    <html>

    <head>

    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=0" />

    <meta name="HandheldFriendly" content="true" />

    </head>

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/40425738410954" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1643px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Hi,

    You're right. I was able to reproduce the problem, though I think this is related to your .htaccess and not with the form. It almost seems like you have some .htaccess redirecting code that is doing this. You should check the file .htaccess to see if it has code to redirect pages when viewed on mobile. If you can exempt these pages, this might resolve the problem. If you don't know how, please contact Weebly support, I'm sure they will be able to assist you regarding this matter.

    Thanks and Regards!

    Yay!!! Wow.  I think that worked!

    Those pages look good now on my device.    For future reference for others that may have this problem I will show you what I did.

    I commented out the two "RewriteRule" lines.

    #Redirect urls based on a query string parameter

    RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^(.*&)?view=mobile([^&]*)&?(.*)?$

    #RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /$1?m%1%3 [CO=is_mobile:1:%{HTTP_HOST},CO=disable_mobile:1:%{HTTP_HOST},L,R]

    RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^m*(.*&)?view=full([^&]*)&?(.*)?$

    #RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /$1?%1%3 [CO=disable_mobile:1:%{HTTP_HOST},L,R]

    If you get a chance could you check the pages on a mobile. :)

    Thank you guys for helping me through this!!!!!!!!!!

    Mark

    Hey Mark, We appreciate the update about what you found on your end and also on behalf of my colleagues whom were helping you with this issue you are most welcome.

    I've taken a look at the three pages with your forms on them on my iPhone and I am seeing them on mobile safari which looks nice. I am under the impression that based on your previous issue which you were talking about above here that this was not visible beforehand so I can confirm that now it is.

    We're glad to see that this was resolved for you and if you need any help with other things in the future you know where to find us. :)
