One of our forms that we have online had been receiving a lot of feedback lately that it does not work. Seems to be Internet Explorer causing the most problems. I tried it myself and could not get the form to submit. It does work in Google Chrome and Safari I beleive just fine. Have not tried Mozilla yet.
Can someone please help with this.

We are truly sorry about the troubles caused. I was able to reproduced the problem here with IE browsers. I have now escalated this to our developers to have this fixed. As a temporary solution, please remove the social widgets on your form. This should resolve the problem on IE browser.
We'll let you know once this is resolved. Our apologies for any inconveniences caused.

The problem is now fixed. I just confirmed and I am able to submit the form on IE by now.
