I need to Unsubscribe my premium plan

    Dear Jotform Support,

    I need to Unsubscribe my premium plan, beacause my client didn't need to continue to pay billing from Jotform.

    Please, help me to change the plan to free acount.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I have already cancelled your subscription for your order#78895988 with your Bluesnap account ID 48963760 and you will no longer be charge on the next month period. I have also set your account back to free status. If you need further help please let us know.
