Change account information and password

    Good morning,


    We've received a notification in the rh@keolis.ca inbox to renew ou method of payment.

    The email is addressed to Paul D'Anjou, but Mr. D'Anjou is no longer employed in our compagny.

    Could someone contact me in order to update the account's information and reset the password?

    Hello Anita,

    I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.

    You can change the account information while you're logged in. Head over to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile to change most of the account information.

    You can also change the password on the same page but if you've forgotten the current one, I suggest you reset it by following this guide.
