When I embed my form in my website and view in Internet Explorer or Firefox, the bottom of the form (submit registration) is missing. It does not help to have the form on line if users are unable to submit the form after completion. Please help. It works in Opera, Chrome, and Safari.Page URL:

This usually indicates a problem with the height of the element containing the form on your page. I've looked on your site and the only reference to a form that I can find is here:
However the link on that page points to a deleted form. Can you please let me know where the form is and I will take a look for you?

Since posting your request above, did you delete the form?
Firstly, the page URL you have provided above appears to be incorrect. That address displays the following message:

Unfortunately, when I clicked the "registration form online" link (http://form.jotform.com/form/11971718) there was no form, just the following message:
Please replace the form so we can help you resolve the issue.

I have been trying several options and tried an iFrame. That did not work. I have replaced the iFrame with a iweb embeded form. It is now back online. I apologize for taking it down. Alecia

No problem, Alicia.
After embedding via the iWeb method and pasting the code into the HTML snippet box (Step 5 below) you should see eight grab handles (little square boxes) around the perimeter of the box. Pull the middle one along the bottom down enough to reveal the submit button in all browsers.
