Is there are problem with the system? Currently cannot access the jot forms that have been submitted!

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Do you mean to say that you are unable to access the submission page of your form? Upon checking your account, I did not find any issue with that. You should be able to view your submissions normally.
Are you getting any error message? I believe it must be a temporary glitch related to browser cache. Please clear your browser cache and see if that helps you. The following guide should help you clear your browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
