To password protect my form do I need to create a user account for each user that will access the form?
I want to password protect the form but I want to avoid creatin user accounts.
A subsuser is someone that can access your account and view submissions or edit the form or forms, according to the level of permission set by you:
If I understood right you wish your forms to be accessed/filled in only after insert a password.
If this is the case, I need to inform you that our terms don't allow login/password fields. As an option you can instead create a field with a condition, that if a code is inserted, the form will show up. But be advised that this code might be accessed through source code inspection.
