form won't accept submissions

    My form won't accept submissions. When I try to submit a completed form it is frozen in a "please wait" state.

    The problem seems related to Square integration, which is in test mode. If I choose any quantity of adult or child memberships, I am unable to submit the form. Also, I can enter the cardholders name but not the credit card number, expiration date, or security code or zip.

    I am locked out of my account again. This happened about a week ago; I'm not sure why.

    It will be hard to recommend Jotform to my clients if we can't rely on the service being available.

    Great afternoon!
