Form blocked

    I'm not using https and my form is blocked.

     

    INSCRIÇÃO - I Encontro  Regional de Troca de Sementes e Mudas - PS&CA-L2014

     

    I'm using this for to take application to a green NGO  meeting.

    I've sent a test with no problem, can you please explain into more details at which point the form gets stuck?
